We sell to the Australian market and rarely ship overseas.

We concentrate on servicing the Australian market and our overseas orders are typically when a customer requires a border to complete a job however it is now discontinued line no longer available in their own country.

Shipping from Australia is expensive so only request a shipping quote if you are likely to accept the shipping charges. Deliveries require a signature so the minimum charge is about $30 for the first border.

Prepasted Wallpaper Borders only. No stickers, appliqués or self adhesive products .

The only countries we quote shipping for are the Canada, USA, UK and NZ.

Complete an online order with payment by credit card only. No quotes for email queries.

All other orders and emails requests will be deleted from the secure server and mail server without further action.

Please confirm in the message area that you require a quote for shipping and handling and select quote for shipping destination.

We will aim to contact you via e-mail within 48 hours (Monday to Friday, Australian business days) with the shipping quote.

You can then elect to approve the charges or cancel the order.

Your credit card is not charged at the time of ordering but after you confirm acceptance of the additional delivery charges quoted by email.

If we do not hear from you within 7 working days from us sending an email quote we will cancel your order.

PAYMENT

Payment is in Australian dollars. Payment must be by credit card. We accept VISA and Mastercard. You can find out about approximate exchange rates at Yahoo! Finance. The final amount charged will depend on the exchange rate charged by your credit card company. Any duties, insurance's, taxes, etc. are the buyers responsibility.

DELIVERY

Depending on the items and quantities required the shipping and handling costs will vary by order.

The delivery address must be a street location and not a post box. Shipping is by Australia Post airmail, priority air despatch from Australia. According to Australia Post delivery within 3 to 10 business days, depending on destination. We can only ship packages less than one metre in length and less than 20kg as Australia Post will not handle the items otherwise.
